Kodak Philippines, Ltd.

1. An entrant must be a registered delegate of WPPP Photo Congress 2007.
    
2. The entry must be the work of the entrant and must have not been published, exhibited or won any contests.
    
3. It must be a solo photo and does not contain text or any identification in front.
    
4. Each entry must be accompanied by a digital file in JPG format with at least 4800x6000 pixels (16x20 inches, 300ppi) and recorded in a CD per entrant.
    
5. A maximum of 10 entries can be submitted per entrant and the fee is only P50.00 per entry.
    
6. A form must be completely filled up (downloadable from www.photocongress.com.ph), signed and taped carefully at the back without damaging the entry.
    
7. Entries must be printed on 8x10 inches Kodak paper, with or without border and without mount. Maximum border allowed is only one (1) inch on all sides of the paper.
    
8. All Entries will be judged on the basis of impact (35%), creativity (25%), composition (25%) and print quality (15%). The decision of the judges is final.
    
9. The top ten entries will be printed in large size for public viewing during the WPPP Photo Congress 2007.
    
10. Winners will be notified through phone or other fastest available means and awarding will held during the Photographers’ Night on 24 October 2007.
     
11. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of announcement of winners will be forfeited in favor of the WPPP Photo Congress 2007.
     
12. All entries must be received by the Secretariat not later than 10 October 2007, 5:00 PM, at the WPPP Office, 35 P Tuazon Street, Cubao, Quezon City. An entry with postage-due delivery will not be accepted.
     
13. WPPP Photo Congress 2007 will not be responsible for late, lost, undelivered or damaged entries including their digital files. It reserves the right to disqualify entries which do not meet the above requirements.
     
14. All entries will become the properties of the WPPP Photo Congress 2007 who also reserves the right to reproduce, exhibit or publish them. The copyright, however, remains with the photographer.
     
15. All WPPP members, photo contest sponsors and their employees and immediate relatives are not qualified to join this photo contest.
