TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Booths measuring 2x3 meters are available for lease at P 20,000.00, exclusive of tax, for 3 consecutive days. Booth reservations shall be on a first-come-first-served basis. Sharing of booth to other exhibitor is strictly not allowed. Please note that a fixed tax is imposed by the local government on selling products or offering services for a fee by the exhibitor. A reservation fee of P10,000.00 per booth is required upon submission of the application form. The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and shall be deducted from the total amount due. Full payment of the balance, including government taxes, is due on or before September 06, 2007. All cheques are payable to the Wedding and Portrait Photographers of the Philippines. The WPPP PhotoCongress 2007 reserves the right to reserve the booth/s to waitlisted applicants without prior notice in case the earlier applicants failed to meet the deadlines for payments. Likewise, the WPPP PhotoCongress 2007 reserves the right to re-design the floor plan as may be necessary. The priority of the applicants to choose slots in the redesigned areas shall also be on a first-come-first-served basis. In addition, the WPPP PhotoCongress reserves right to evaluate the merits of all applications. Exhibitors shall be notified at least one month before the event for briefing on the Guidelines for the Ingress and Egress, House Rules and other regulations.
